There is no proof that some of the greatest temples in Tamilnadu were buddhist and jain temples. In fact majority of the temples were built only during the times of TAMIL nayanmars and alwars when Saivism and Vaishnavism were vying for the top spot during 800-1300. There is hardly any trace of Buddhism or Jainism in temples of Tanjore, Madurai, Kanchi or Tirupati. Of course nandivarman has not had the good fortune of visiting the great achievements of spiritual TAMIL kings. When he bashes hinduism he is actually ridiculing the great TAMIL kings such as Raja Raja Chola and Pallavas, who were great patrons of Hinduism. Well I guess a mountain's greatness is unshaken when a dog barks at it.
